โThis recipe comes together with just a few ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken party wingsย (drummettes and wingettes, about 20 wings) -The perfect size for grilling evenly without drying out.

STEP 3: Bring to Temperature –ย Remove wings from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes while you preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Clean and lightly oil the grill grate if needed.

Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC) at the soft spot near the bone.
