Today is the first day of summer! So what better way to spend this Saturday afternoon than with the grill, games, and fun cocktails! Today I decided to get creative with our weekend drinks and recreate one of my childhood lunchbox faves – Capri Suns! The best part about these DIY Capri Sun pouches is you will not have to fight with inserting the straw! 🙂 I ordered these fun drink pouches here from Amazon! They’re perfect for any backyard bbq, tailgate, or a fun way to pre-package a party punch! I experimented with a few recipes this afternoon, and these were my favorite 4 adult capri sun recipes!

Note: The recipes below are shown in measurements for a standard cocktail glass. To make larger batches, use ratios. Enjoy!
Strawberry Mango Adult Capri Sun!
Ingredients
- 1 oz Mango Vodka
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 1 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
- Ginger Ale
- Fresh Strawberries
Instructions
- Muddle Strawberries, Sweet and Sour Mix, and Triple Sec together. Pour into serving pouch.
- To the serving pouch add vodka and a splash of ginger ale. Seal, shake, serve, and enjoy!
The Henny-Aid Adult Capri Sun!
Ingredients
- 1 oz Hennessy
- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Lemonade
- Ginger Ale
Instructions
- Combine Hennessy, pineapple juice, lemonade, with a splash of ginger ale into a serving pouch. Seal, shake, serve, and enjoy!
Blue Elderberry Adult Capri Sun!
Ingredients
- 1 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 6 oz Champagne or Prosecco
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemonade
- 10 Fresh Blueberries
Instructions
- Muddle blueberries and simple syrup together. Pour these into the serving pouch.
- To the serving pouch, add St.Germain, lemonade, and top with Champagne or Prosecco. Seal, serve and enjoy!
Melon Thyme Adult Capri Sun!
Ingredients
- 1 oz Rosé Vodka

- 1 oz White-cran Peach Juice

Instructions
- Cube fresh watermelon, blend, and strain. Set Aside.
- Into serving pouch, combine rosé vodka, watermelon juice, white-cran peach juice, and thyme simple syrup. Seal, shake, serve and enjoy!
