Healthy Smoothie Recipe: Strawberry Mango!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Mango
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Banana
  • 5 whole Strawberries
  • 1 cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice (About 2 large navel oranges)
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions
 

  • Take a blender of some sort, and add ½ cup of diced mangos. Frozen is okay, but fresh mangos will give you more flavor.
  • Dice ½ cup of pineapple or use frozen. Add to blender cup.
  • Clean strawberries and remove the crown (steam) off of the 5 strawberries. Add to blender cup.
  • Take about 2 large navel oranges and squeeze for fresh orange juice. Add one cup of fresh orange juice to the blender cup.
  • Add 2 Tbsp of flaxseed and ice to the blender cup.
  • Blend and Enjoy!
