(About 2 large navel oranges)

Instructions
Take a blender of some sort, and add ½ cup of diced mangos. Frozen is okay, but fresh mangos will give you more flavor.
Dice ½ cup of pineapple or use frozen. Add to blender cup.
Clean strawberries and remove the crown (steam) off of the 5 strawberries. Add to blender cup.
Take about 2 large navel oranges and squeeze for fresh orange juice. Add one cup of fresh orange juice to the blender cup.
Add 2 Tbsp of flaxseed and ice to the blender cup.
Blend and Enjoy!
