Despite what many critics may say, I personally ALWAYS clean my chicken. I clean mine in a salt & vinegar bath to remove the slimy membrane that's typically on chicken. If you are okay with not washing your chicken, feel free to skip this step.
Take your chicken and place it on a flat surface or a bowl. Season both sides of the chicken with the Goya Adobo seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper, and lightly finish with salt and pepper to your preference. Set aside.
Take a small bowl, and whisk together the juice of 5 lemons, olive oil, sage, Italian parsley, rosemary.
Take a a large resealable plastic bag, add chicken and herbal marinade. Seal bag & press out air. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor results.
Preheat grill. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard. Place chicken on grill. Grill until your chicken is done. Remove from heat, and top off with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice on top. Serve and enjoy!
