Garlic Lemon Pepper Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Skinless Chicken Thighs (fat removed)
  • 5 Lemons (Juiced)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Freshly chopped Sage
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
  • 2 tsp Freshly chopped rosemary
  • 4 Cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Goya All Purpose Adobo seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Red pepper
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Despite what many critics may say, I personally ALWAYS clean my chicken. I clean mine in a salt & vinegar bath to remove the slimy membrane that's typically on chicken. If you are okay with not washing your chicken, feel free to skip this step.
  • Take your chicken and place it on a flat surface or a bowl. Season both sides of the chicken with the Goya Adobo seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper, and lightly finish with salt and pepper to your preference. Set aside.
  • Take a small bowl, and whisk together the juice of 5 lemons, olive oil, sage, Italian parsley, rosemary.
  • Take a a large resealable plastic bag, add chicken and herbal marinade. Seal bag & press out air.  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor results. 
  • Preheat grill. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard. Place chicken on grill. Grill until your chicken is done. Remove from heat, and top off with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice on top. Serve and enjoy!
