Preheat oven to 500 F or 260 C. Take your prepared pizza dough and place it on a pizza pan. Pre-bake the pizza dough for around 5 minutes. This will help you achieve a crispy crust without a brick oven or pizza stone. While the pizza dough is pre-baking in the oven, take a pan and add lean ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and around 1/4 cup of Thousand Island Dressing. Sauté all ingredients over medium heat until meat is fully cooked and flavors have combined. Remove from heat.
Remove pre-baked crust from oven. Spread remaining Thousand Island Salad dressing as the sauce base. Be sure to not over sauce, but keep a thin layer. Next sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese for extra flavor, ground beef, freshly grated mozzarella, onions, and bacon.
Bake for about 8 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Remove from oven and top with sliced pickles and optionally lettuce. Cut and serve immediately. Enjoy!
