- 1 10 oz package of frozen yellow corn kernels (recommended: use fresh corn off the cob if possible instead)
- 1 10 oz package of frozen white corn kernels
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Get Recipe Ingredients
Combine milk, heavy cream, and flour in a bowl and whisk together. Once combined, set aside.
Take a skillet, and place it over medium heat. Add butter into your pan and melt. Once your butter is melted, add your white and yellow corn kernels, and top with sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir.
Once you have combined your corn mixture, slowly stir and pour in your flour, milk, and heavy cream mixture. Continue to stir until your mixture has reached the desired texture of thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and add in your freshly grated parmesan until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
