110 oz package of frozen yellow corn kernels (recommended: use fresh corn off the cob if possible instead)
110 ozpackage of frozen white corn kernels
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2cupheavy cream
1/2cup milk
3tbsp flour
3tbsp granulated sugar
1 tspsalt
1/4tspblack pepper
1/3cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Combine milk, heavy cream, and flour in a bowl and whisk together. Once combined, set aside.
Take a skillet, and place it over medium heat. Add butter into your pan and melt. Once your butter is melted, add your white and yellow corn kernels, and top with sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir.
Once you have combined your corn mixture, slowly stir and pour in your flour, milk, and heavy cream mixture. Continue to stir until your mixture has reached the desired texture of thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and add in your freshly grated parmesan until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
