Waking up and creating fun and tasty smoothie concoctions, is one of my favorite ways to start the day. I find that creating smoothies are a great way to pack a lot of vitamins and nutrients into my diet at the beginning of the day, or even for lunch. The Citrus Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie recipe below is full of Vitamin C and Potassium! Vitamin C is so essential to keeping our immune systems going, and Potassium plays a key role in our heart and bone health. I hope you enjoy this yummy recipe as much as our family does! If you’re looking for a more protein packed smoothie, feel free to add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder as well!
