Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Navel Orange juiced
  • 2 Kiwis peeled and diced
  • 10 Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Ice
  • Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Take a blender cup (I used a NutriBullet), and squeeze the juice out of 1 large navel orange, then add the rest of the pulp. To the blender cup, add one banana (peel removed), 2 kiwis (peel removed), 10 washed strawberries (green calyx removed), 1/2 cup fresh spinach, and 2 tbsp of chia seeds. OPTIONAL - if you wish to add protein to your smoothie, this recipe pairs well with vanilla protein powder.
  • Add 1-1.5 cups of ice and blend mixture. Pour into serving cup and enjoy!
