Take a blender cup (I used a NutriBullet), and squeeze the juice out of 1 large navel orange, then add the rest of the pulp. To the blender cup, add one banana (peel removed), 2 kiwis (peel removed), 10 washed strawberries (green calyx removed), 1/2 cup fresh spinach, and 2 tbsp of chia seeds. OPTIONAL - if you wish to add protein to your smoothie, this recipe pairs well with vanilla protein powder.
Add 1-1.5 cups of ice and blend mixture. Pour into serving cup and enjoy!
