Ginger Simple Syrup 1 cup Water 1 cup Sugar 1/4 cup Ginger peeled and chopped

Ginger Simple Syrup Combine sugar, water, and ginger in a small saucepan.
Over medium heat, bring mixture to a boil and stir constantly until sugar dissolves.
Remove mixture from heat and allow it to cool until it reaches room temperature.
Remove and strain ginger pieces. You can store your simple syrup in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Blackberry Pineapple Ginger Mocktail In a cocktail mixing glass, add 3 blackberries, and 4-5 pineapple chunks. Muddle ingredients together until juice is extracted.
Add 1 oz of pineapple juice and 1 oz of ginger simple syrup. Stir mixture together.
Place a cocktail strainer over a coupe glass, and pour mixture into glass. Top with blackberry infused sparkling water and enjoy!
