Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza Dough 12-inch crust size
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 oz Ground Sausage
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar shredded
  • 1/3 cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 3/4 cup Sweet Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Pre-chop onions and peppers and set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon pieces and pork sausage until fully browned. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté bell peppers until slightly softened. Add onions and garlic salt, cooking until tender and fragrant. Set aside.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza stone. Stretch your homemade pizza dough into a 12-inch circle, making sure to create a slightly raised crust around the edges (this prevents the eggs from running over). Bake until the edges are lightly golden. This step will make the crust crispy.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and spread ketchup evenly across the surface. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, cooked sausage, bacon, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the crust. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly, then top with sautéed peppers and onions.
  • Return to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your preference and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve warm. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Create a raised crust edge around the pizza dough before baking so the egg mixture does not run over the sides.
  • Par-bake the crust first to help prevent a soggy center and give the pizza a sturdier base.
  • Cook the bacon and sausage fully before assembling so the pizza bakes evenly and the toppings are ready in time.
  • This recipe is easy to customize with toppings like mushrooms, spinach, green onions, or different cheeses.
  • For cleaner slices, let the pizza rest for 2 to 3 minutes before cutting and serving.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best texture.
