Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cucumber Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur (like St-Germain)
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2.5 oz Prosecco
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • Ice
  • Cucumber ribbons or slices (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, add 6 fresh mint leaves, 4 thin slices of cucumber, and 1.5 oz elderflower liqueur. Muddle muddle these together gently around 12 times to release the flavors.
  • To the cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of cucumber vodka, ½ oz of fresh lime juice, and ice. Shake for a few seconds.
  • Strain the mint-cucumber mixture into a champagne flute. Top with 2–3 oz of chilled Prosecco.
  • Add cucumber ribbons, a sprig of mint, or even edible flowers for a stunning finish. Sip and enjoy!
