  • 2 cups Cranberry Juice (sweetened, chilled) (16 oz)
  • 1 cup Ginger Ale (chilled. or Sprite) (8 oz)
  • ½ cup Honey Syrup (or simple syrup. Optional, depending on the sweetness of your juice) (4 oz)
  • ½ cup Fresh Lime Juice (4 oz)
  • ½ cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Orange (sliced)
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice. Pour in the sweetened cranberry juice, ginger ale, fresh lime juice, and honey syrup. Stir gently until everything is combined.
  • Add the thinly sliced orange and fresh cranberries to the pitcher. Pour the mocktail into glasses filled with fresh ice. Garnish each glass with a rosemary sprig, a few cranberries, and a lime wedge before serving.

Notes

Sweetness: Cranberry juice cocktail is already sweetened, so choose your juice carefully. The honey syrup adds sweetness while balancing the tartness of the cranberry and lime.
Honey Syrup: Use honey syrup rather than straight honey for easier mixing. Combine equal parts honey and warm water, stirring until dissolved. Allow to cool before using.
Ginger Ale: Ginger ale adds a subtle sweetness and refreshing fizz without overpowering the cranberry flavor. Add it just before serving to preserve carbonation.
Fresh Lime Juice: Freshly squeezed lime juice adds brightness and balances the sweetness of the honey syrup. Bottled lime juice may taste more bitter.
Lemon-Lime Soda Variation: Replace ginger ale with lemon-lime soda for a sweeter, citrus-forward mocktail.
Make Ahead: Combine the cranberry juice, lime juice, and honey syrup up to 24 hours in advance. Refrigerate in a covered pitcher and add chilled ginger ale just before serving.
Storage: Store the cranberry, lime, and honey mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Once ginger ale is added, the mocktail is best enjoyed immediately to preserve its fizz.
Serving a Crowd: Double or triple the ingredients for larger gatherings. Keep the same proportions to maintain the cranberry-forward flavor, and add ginger ale just before serving.
