Ingredients

  • 1 Green Apple, chopped
  • 2 handfuls Kale, chopped
  • 4 stalks Celery, chopped
  • 8 1 inch cubes Fresh Pineapple, cubed
  • 1/2 Cucumber, chopped
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger, peeled

Instructions

  • Clean all fruits and vegetables thoroughly under running water.
  • Cut each fruit and vegetable into pieces small enough to fit easily into the juicer chute.
  • Begin by inserting leafy greens into the juicer chute. This step allows subsequent fruits and vegetables to help press the greens through the juicer, ensuring maximum extraction.
  • Continue by feeding the remaining produce through the chute. Once all produce has been processed, pour the juice over ice for immediate consumption, or transfer to a sealed glass container. Refrigerate if storing for later use, and consume within 48 hours for optimal freshness.
