Clean all fruits and vegetables thoroughly under running water.
Cut each fruit and vegetable into pieces small enough to fit easily into the juicer chute.
Begin by inserting leafy greens into the juicer chute. This step allows subsequent fruits and vegetables to help press the greens through the juicer, ensuring maximum extraction.
Continue by feeding the remaining produce through the chute. Once all produce has been processed, pour the juice over ice for immediate consumption, or transfer to a sealed glass container. Refrigerate if storing for later use, and consume within 48 hours for optimal freshness.
