Clean all fruits and vegetables. Chop each for ease of adding to juicer.
Begin juicing fruits and vegetables by placing each inside of the juicer chute and use a food presser to push them down gently if needed. I like to juice my greens first to ensure all other fruits can push these through the juicer thoroughly.
After pressing all of your fruits through the juicer, serve over ice, or store in a glass juice container for consumption later. Enjoy!
