- 2 cups fresh mangoes diced
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 red bell pepper diced
- 1 small jalepeño diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- salt and pepper to taste

Take 1/2 red onion and cut into thin slices. Soak in cold water and set aside. Cut and dice into even pieces ripe mangos, bell pepper, jalapeño, and chopped fresh cilantro.
In a medium bowl or large bowl, add diced ripe mangos, sliced red onions, red bell pepper, and jalapeño.
Drizzle in 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice and orange juice. Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. Stir and mix well to combine all the natural flavors. Taste, and adjust seasoning if needed.
