Ingredients

  • 2 cups or handfuls of spinach
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup pineapples
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (great source of protein!)
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  • Serve cold & garnish with additional chia seeds
