Prep your glass: Place a coupe glass or martini glass inside the freezer to chill cocktail glass for serving. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz rosé vodka, 1/2 oz triple sec, 1/2 oz simple syrup, the juice of 1 lemon, and ice. Shake until chilled.
Remove chilled cocktail glass from the freezer. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip it in a crushed rose petal and sugar mixture. Strain the rosé cocktail into the prepared glass and garnish with a lemon twist or edible hibiscus flower. Enjoy!
