Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green Grapes, seedless (washed and dried)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice (about 1 lime)
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  • Place the grapes in a medium bowl. Pour the lime juice over the grapes and toss until evenly coated. Next sprinkle the sugar over the grapes and toss until all the grapes are coated in the sugar mixture.
  • Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper. Arrange the grapes in a single layer and freeze for 2-3 hours, or until firm. Enjoy straight from the freezer for a sweet, tangy, frozen treat.

Notes

  • Lime Juice Coating: Drying the grapes well before adding the lime juice helps the coating stick evenly.
  • Texture Tip: For the best texture, serve within a few minutes of removing from the freezer.
  • Serving Suggestion: These make a fun addition to summer snack boards, cookouts, and poolside gatherings
