Ingredients

  • ½ Banana
  • ½ cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (optional)
  • 1 pkg Dairy-Free Strawberry Banana Yogurt I use SO Delicious Coconut Milk Strawberry Banana Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Add ½ banana, ½ cup strawberries (about 3–4 medium fresh strawberries), ½ cup blueberries, one scoop of vanilla protein powder, one package of dairy-free strawberry banana yogurt, one tablespoon of chia seeds, ¼ cup orange juice, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, then pour into a glass, serve immediately, and enjoy.
