This is a quick and easy Teriyaki Salmon recipe made with salmon fillets, Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce, truffle oil, and truffle salt. Ready in minutes with 4 simple ingredients. Perfect for busy weeknights. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions for a flavorful finish.
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a baking dish or sheet pan with foil or parchment. Lightly oil the surface.
Clean and pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
Lightly coat each salmon fillet with truffle oil. Next sprinkle truffle salt on top of the salmon fillet and finish by pouring the Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce all over the salmon. Allow fillets to rest for 10-15 minutes, which will give the teriyaki marinade time to penetrate the pores of the fish.
To prepare for baking, place salmon skin side down in the baking dish or pan. Cover with foil.
Bake on the top oven rack for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness of the salmon, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 125–130°F (52–54°C). You can also use an instant-read meat thermometer for an accurate measurement. For extra caramelization, remove foil and pour additional marinade on top and broil for the last 2 minutes.
Remove salmon from oven. If you enjoy a saucy salmon, pour reserved teriyaki sauce on top, garnish with sesame seeds or green onions and serve.
