- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce (4 oz container)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk of choice)
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter for a nutty twist)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (your favorite protein powder)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tsp honey (or maple syrup for natural sweetness)
