- 1 Medium apple peeled and cored
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce (4 oz container)
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup Rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/5 tsp Honey (or maple syrup)
