Ingredients

  • 1 Medium apple peeled and cored
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce (4 oz container)
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/5 tsp Honey (or maple syrup)
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Peel, core, and chop your apple into small pieces.
  • Into your blender, add chopped apple, applesauce, almond milk, oats, almond butter, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy immediately.
